nav is actually a file for the bots.. they can move in the map if they you have a .nav file. The file you are looking for has the same name as the nav file.. BUT the ending is .bsp The Sound you are looking for are in the "mapname".bsp File. If you can not find it name me the Mapname Im can check it for you.

Heya... there is a nice app outthere called Pakrat. Check Attechment pls Download the File - Extract the .rar - open pakrat.jar - choose the map you want from your PC - Open. A new Window appears that shows all what is inside of the Mapfile (different Type of Files) check the on "TYPE" - Scroll down until you come to the Soundfiles - Choose the Files/s you want - press on "Save" - Save wherever you want - Have fun listening pakrat.rar
