Currently there are no restrictions to take advantage of the free membership, and everyone has the opportunity for it by connecting their steam account to their forum user. If you are a no-steam user, you can combine your account in the same way using the Steam ID field that you will find in your profile settings. Later on, we will apply some sort of requirements, perhaps depending when you have last time visited on our forums to gain your member benefits back in-game and forum-side. Or maybe put people in group of two, where you need to apply for membership as usually + keep your activity on forums. Thoughts..? yes yes yes yes yes yes
