easy go to local disk c/program files/steam/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike source/cstrike/custom if u dont have this custom folder create 0ne after that u make a folder inside the custom named my_custom_skins 0r any name u want open that folder then extract the rar then drag the following folders u will see materials models scripts and sounds 0n the my_custom_skins folder
