How to enable unicode in clan tag for No-Steam

Example:ClanTag= Fαlⱪ™

He wants to use this clantag: Fαlⱪ™  ... UTF-8 allows you to use special characters that's what he wants

i know bro , i tried to do that sometime

but   Fαlⱪ™  will change to this: ???? . so his new clan will be [????] question marks even if he saved the file asUTF-8

I think you both did something wrong...
1.Download Notepad++
2.Open rev.ini with Notepad++
3. save it as UTF-8
