Doing some exploring and trying to make small "car" things but can't make it move. Do i need wheels and if, how do i make them? Everything else is fine. Someone who is more experienced than me who knows how?

I've never tried myself making any driveable cars/boats. What I would do to learn it; Download any of the prefabs fro vehicles on Gamebanana
